High speed Data Management tool
What do you like best about the product?
Databrics givs a very high speed and effective experienceto manage the huge data without any complexcity. They have number of features and ease to use interface that make them very reliable and user friendly.
What do you dislike about the product?
We use databrics frequently in our company for data mangement.Their ease to use interface gives hassle free solution and great customer suport. We can very easily implement their templates and custom dataset to integrate our project and work on them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is the best ETL tool and their pipelines make the data very friendly and ease to manage. They have multiple features like data warehouse, big data analysis and MLOps platforms etc. Their echo friendly system make them more useful and user friendly data management solution for us.

Databricks is a platform where we can implement our spark and ml logics for all our data engineering, analysis and ml workloads with ease

There's nothing such but we can have more pipeline kind of things added

Databricks has come up with innovative idea to streamline the idea of creating new solutions that helps the customer leverage their business with their vast services they provide whether it's a retail or fintech, they provide with upbringing and transforming with the public sectors. It has an ease of implementation and integration.

There are no dislikes about the Data Intelligence Platform.

Databricks is revolutionizing the modern industry. As an academia I mostly work to research and build products with Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Databricks service on Azure platform from the past 3.5 years and have liked the product features and its updates that are rolled out frequently. The updates are also documented well with complete details on the Documentation page.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are few features in Databricks service which will not be available to the users directly. We will have to reach out to the Product team to get this enabled.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
With using Databricks and the workflows feature, we can create pipelines in the workspace itself and with UC catalogs, it is much easier to access the storage account to load the data.

I am excited about the Data Intelligence platform where everything can be accessed at fingertips with ease of integration and there is no need to spent lot of time on integrations, ease of use with multiple technologies and data sources.

I don't see some downsides at the moment but I would like to more data source integrations to data intelligence platform.

Our teams are now able to utilize full potential of Databricks from analysts to Data Engineer in their daily activities. where Data Intelligence platform made data analyst work easier with integrating with AI assitance by data semantics to build queries.

Too much focus on exciting user to ramp up DBUs (Cost), Over communicating capabilities even as they are not matured enough

We are using databricks platform to run jobs which helps for data processing, Previously job was running on hadoop map reduce which was taking too much of time for processing but now it completes jobs too quickly
