Ubuntu for organisation
What do you like best about the product?
The best part of Ubuntu is that it works best in terms of security, speed and accessibility. It's a perfect server if you are going to work in a team or organisation, it also ensures no data breaches.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the powerful applications are not supported that are useful for a company. UI is not that friendly comparing to windows server or Macintosh. Everything else works fine.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am helping my team to develop applications and software using bash and bash script ensures high confidentiality and data security. This is ensuring the team to work hassle free.

Best in case of application development, user accessibility and data deployment.

What do you like best about the product?
Effortless smoothness of operating system, highly optimised, lightweight, easy to configure and best thing based on linux kernels, userfriendly, Best for website hosting.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need to be tech-savvy for using ubuntu, users not familiar with command line operation might find it difficult to use. Ubuntu does not support some of the software like photoshop, and MS excel, however alternative is available for them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best for Development machines, using for centralised access system for all development procedures, easy to manage applications, setup, deployment, easily manages CICD operations under single system.

What do you like best about the product?
It is very compatible with Virtual Machines when we have to use Linux environment on the Windows System. Dual-mode is also very much compatible with the using Ubuntu System.Best thing is also about allocating the memory as per the convienance.
What do you dislike about the product?
Installing the development-related software is always challenging. Since Version of different Ubuntu systems won't work on the latest software released for ubuntu.

I think ubuntu core is one of the most secure OS. I am using the ubuntu core to serve my data to end-user securely.

I have used ubuntu core for maybe 2-3 years, and still, I don't think there is any not liking part.

What do you like best about the product?
The best thing i like about ubuntu is its free to use and open source.Unlike, Windows and MacOS, We do not have to pay software license fee of any amount for installing Ubuntu OS our systems.
What do you dislike about the product?
As MacOs and Windows have large user base than Ubuntu, more developers are preferring developing apps for them. Hence, there are limited apps and softwares supported for ubuntu.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using ubuntu in our organisation, we are able to install free to use OS on all our systems. Ubuntu does not require high end configurations. A minimum of 512 MB ram, 700 mhz processor and 5 gb of storage are enough to install ubuntu. We have installed ubuntu on our computers, iot devices,network servers as well as in robots.

What do you like best about the product?
Ubuntu is the best open-source operating system. One of the best things about Ubuntu is that it's free to download and works on a wide range of devices or platforms. It is a highly customizable OS.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is not for gaming. Only a few games are supported but most of the games are unimpressive. Compatibility Problem, there is also a facing an issue is compatibility.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Ubuntu is a highly modified operating system. It is easy to use and mostly used by the programmers so, there is a community that supports you. Also, you need very less system requirements to install it.

What do you like best about the product?
Ubuntu server is predictable, secure and secure. It comes with nearly all open source packages. I have setup Hadoop cluster with great ease on ubuntu. It is freely available. It is supported by all cloud providers like AWS, Azure etc.
What do you dislike about the product?
Ubuntu latest versions sometimes doesn't support the softwares which are supported by older versions, so ubuntu community should make sure that all previously supported softwares should support the new releases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to deploy our application with great ease compared to windows operating system. Also we can easily schedule our application using crontab files. Also our application performs very well on this server.

it has all the required applications such as smart browsers, office applications, Email client applications and so many games and gadgets.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing to dislike about in ubuntu operating system, but since most of the pc user uses windows so it's kind of difficult to coperate and work with windows user.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My organization prefer this OS in thin client device since this is a virus-free operating system and it is most secure one as well, we used this OS for daily official purposes. It's run very smoothly and you can tweak it's OS because it's open source.

If you literally want an OS with smooth and minimalistic user interface which can work flawlessly, you can go for it.
