Free, customisable and the most coherent Linux distribution
What do you like best about the product?
Absolutely stunning performance, has a very structured and elegant interface that is easy to use and has rich driver support. Plenty of customizable features and easy to update drivers.
What do you dislike about the product?
Though Ubuntu is very user-friendly, it can be very difficult to troubleshoot issues, even basic ones like webcam usage. Moreover we wish it came as an OEM option pre-installed on most devices, thus leaving third party apps out for reach.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Most secure for my work applications that used to relate with network security and running test cases for on-board chip validation was a breeze on ubuntu as the software is very light on most configurations
